  • Key Requirements
    • Understand the importance of data and capable of using data to generate digital insights
    • A heavy social user and bring up ideas that lead the social trends
    • A strong communicator who can lead both internal and external communication to hit the target
    • A clear understanding of the football annual schedule and put this into a content plan
    • Passionate for video and how video can actually change the ways of the people consuming content
  • Job Description
    • Weekly and monthly planning of both owned media accounts content – all posts should be scheduled in KAWO at least 1 week in advance
    • Update KAWO calendar on monthly and weekly basis, aligning with global content plan and upcoming events
    • Update KAWO every morning, reviewing and selecting the best social content for localisation/publication on Chinese channels
    • Hit minimum post count of 5/day (COPA90) and 10/day (Dugout) within 2 months, increasing to 8 and 13 posts respectively by 4 months
    • Create and maintain an efficient tagging structure, ensuring all posts are tagged according to the framework agreed upon
    • Monthly review of all content tags to assess best/worst performing content with learnings and direct actions resulting
    • Track relevant account data on a weekly basis and use learnings to influence ongoing strategy
    • Arrange and host monthly and ad hoc creative meetings, with the purpose of creating a clear, coherent 30-day/campaign plan
    • Schedule non time-sensitive content to be published according to relevant events/talking points
    • Build out network of micro-influencers/contributors from around China who can regularly create and deliver content for owned media channels
    • Assign editing tasks to team of video/content creators and organise/prioritise weekly work flow
  • Requirements
    • Familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro (and After Effects) and Photoshop
    • Passionate and knowledgeable about global football and fan culture (not just EPL/single European club)
    • Able to delegate responsibilities and create efficient work flow for both self and others
    • Self-driven, able to drive an idea through from concept to completion
    • Experience of running a Chinese social media/video platform
    • Knowledge of Chinese social channels and their respective platform positioning, tools and paid media functions
    • Comfortable and effective communicator in both English and Chinese
    • Able to deliver on specific task requests in a timely manner
    • Knowledgable on the latest social media trends and viral content
    • Adaptable to quickly changing circumstances (respective to both social media trends/regulations and partner demands)
